• "You", "Your" refers to the user or purchaser of our products and services

• "Products" refers to all emergency preparedness kits, supplies, and goods sold through our website
• "Services" refers to the website, e-commerce platform, and customer support we provide
• "ACL" refers to Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Prices are GST inclusive (when registered for GST)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will:

   • Cancel your order for a full refund

Shelf Life Guarantee: All emergency food items will have a minimum of 6 months shelf life remaining at the time of shipment. If you receive items with less than 6 months remaining, contact us for a full refund or replacement.

Emergency food items have a 5-year shelf life when stored correctly:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Check expiry dates regularly and rotate stock

Product Maintenance

You are responsible for:

• Regularly inspecting your kit (recommended: every 6 months)
• Replacing expired items and batteries
• Updating personal information and contact lists
• Familiarizing yourself with kit contents and their use

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your order:

• Before shipment: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
• After shipment: Follow our standard return process (see Refund Policy)

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order if:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Pricing error occurred
• We cannot verify payment or detect suspected fraud
• Delivery address is outside our shipping areas

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 7-14 business days.
